What are the shipping costs ?
Shipping costs are:

How soon after payment can I expect my product?
If the order is received by us before 13 o'clock you can expect your order within 1 to 2 days. If you have choosen "pay in advance" the delivery time may be longer. Once we received the payment we will send the order.
I really need my order on a given day / date, is that possible?
If your order is urgent, for example if you order the next day really need, you should just contact us.
How do I know if my order has arrived safely?
On the day of order you will receive an invoice for the items ordered. When you receive it, you know that the order has arrived.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, that's possible. When completing your order you choose Pickup in store. You will be notified when your order is ready. In the shop you can pay cash and electronic payments.
My order is on backorder.
Despite the fact that we get everyday goods delivered, it is possible that an article is not available, you will be informed via email of the status of the order.
Can I order multiple products at once?
Yes you can, place all items in the shopping cart and then go for pay.
Can I order large numbers of products?
Yes, that's possible. You can order any number on the web shop. If you order more than five products you want, it is best to just contact us via the contact button.
How can I find a product?
Inside the shop you will find the search bar in the top center . Here you can enter a query terms to search within our range. Click the Search button to view the results.
How do I know what products are in my shopping cart?
Top right of your screen you will find an overview of the number of products in your basket and the cost of the products. If you click on it you will go directly to the content of your shopping cart.
I want to make a change in the shopping cart, how do I do this?
You can make changes within the shopping cart. You can remove a product from the cart by clicking the X in the product line. The product is removed from the cart. You can change the number of pieces of a product in the [Number] column. If you then click [Update cart], the right prices are displayed.
Can I order from abroad?
Currently, you can order products from Belgium via the webshop. To order from other countries, it is best to contact us.
How can I become a customer at the shop trailerandtools.nl?
The condition is that your payment goes through a Dutch bank and that you deliver the product be delivered to any address within the Netherlands or Belgium. You can become a customer by creating an account in your order. With this account you can order quickly and easily. The shop you registers as a client, so you do not re-enter your details when you visit.
While registering, I get the message: "Sorry, this e-mail address is already in use."

I forgot my password.

I have just paid, but in order is says that the payment has not been received.
When a bank transfer has transferred the money, it may take several days before we have received the payment on our account. Once we have received your payment, you will automatically receive a message and we will send your order the same day.
I have five days still had no confirmation of receipt of payment of Trailer And Tools webshop.
Once you have transferred the money from a Dutch bank account it may be that something has gone wrong in paying. If you already exceeding five working days and have not received a payment confirmation, we advise you to call us.
Do I get an invoice?
You get your standard invoice by email.
